Srinagar, May 23 (KMS): The puppet regime of occupied Kashmir has admitted that 223 Indian troops were responsible for human rights violations and involved in custodial killings of innocent Kashmiri youth in the last five years in occupied territory.

"Ninety Indian troops were among 223 personnel who have been awarded punishment in cases relating to violation of human rights and custodial killings in the last five years," said an official of the regime to media men in Srinagar.
