Blood donation camp set up in Srinagar

Srinagar, May 17 (KMS): In Srinagar, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq urged India to give up its traditional intransigence and adopt a realistic approach towards resolving the Kashmir dispute.

The APHC Chairman was addressing a blood donation camp set up at Jamia Masjid in connection with the observance of the Martyrdom week. Paying rich tributes to Kashmiri martyrs, Mirwaiz maintained that the people of the occupied territory were determined to continue the liberation struggle till it reaches its logical end

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq inaugurated the camp by donating his blood. Later large number of people particularly youth donated blood. APHC leaders Maulana Abbas Ansari and Fazl Haq Qureshi were also present on the occasion.
