Srinagar, May 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference has Urged India to give up its intransigence and take cognisance of the fact that without recognising Kashmiris’ right to self-determination peace and security can not be ensured in South Asia.
Addressing a seminar in Srinagar on the founding anniversary of APHC constituent, Mahaz-e-Azadi, the APHC leaders, Maulana Abbas Ansari, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, Muhammad Azam Inqalabi, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi, Fazl Haq Qureshi and Nayeem Ahmed Khan emphasised that without resolving the Kashmir dispute holding so-called elections in the occupied territory was a futile exercise intended to mislead the international community.
Muhammad Azam Inqalabi, the chief of Mahaz-e-Azadi, appealed to the international human rights organisations to use their influence to stop Indian state terrorism. He paid glowing tributes to Sufi Muhammad Akbar, the founder of Mahaz-e-Azadi.
