IHK administration involved in promoting immorality: Gilani

Srinagar, May 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani has threatened to launch an indefinite agitation from next month if the puppet administration failed to close down the liquor shops.

Talking to media men in Srinagar, Syed Ali Gilani said, “The sale of liquor in the held Valley is a serious social concern. We have urged the puppet authorities to close down all the liquor shops by June 20.”

The Hurriyet leader pointed out that some senior bureaucrats were responsible for promotion of alcoholism and immorality in the occupied territory to distract the people. He maintained that the administration was remaining indifferent to the demands of people, who wanted closure of the liquor outlets.

Syed Ali Gilani further said that it was a part of an organized conspiracy where drugs and liquor were easily available to the youth in occupied Kashmir. Referring to the educational tours by various educational institutes, he said that a strong cultural onslaught was going on in the name of such tours and the aim of the tours was to promote immorality and obscenity among the youth.
