Srinagar, July 23 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court quashed the detention orders of three innocent persons booked under the draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) and ordered for their immediate release.

Justices Nisar Ahmed Kakroo and Mansoor Ahmed Mir issued orders for the immediate release of Nadeem Bashir Butt of Baramulla, Shabir Ahmed Ganie of Budgam and Muhammad Yousuf Baba of Pulwama who were suffering from different ailments in custody.

The judges quashed their detention under PSA after finding that the evidences against the accused were flimsy and discarded the version of the puppet regime’s lawyers.
