Srinagar, April 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, fresh snowfall in the upper reaches and rainfall in plains have badly affected normal life.
Heavy rains lashed Srinagar and its adjoining areas last night, resulting in a considerable drop in temperature forcing people to wear warm clothes.
Because of waterlogged roads due to poor drainage system, people find it difficult to walk on the road. A report from Gulmarg said it has been raining for the past 12 hours in the area.
