Srinagar, May 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt has ridiculed the claims of the pro-India Kashmiri politicians of enjoying public support.  

 
Addressing a seminar on the 32nd founding anniversary of APHC constituent, Mahaz-e-Azadi, in Srinagar Professor Butt said, “Pro-India parties should not live in fool’s paradise by misunderstanding the attendance in their rallies as support, people attend rallies to listen and know.” He maintained that people of Kashmir are very sharp and they know what is happening in the occupied territory.

Referring to the coming so-called assembly elections, senior leader said that pro-India leaders deceive the people by seeking votes for the issues like dual currency, self-rule and autonomy.

Speaking on the occasion, another APHC leader, Shabbir Ahmed Shah praised Pakistan for its support to Kashmiri people saying, “Pakistan has always supported our just struggle at all the international forums.

Commenting on the so-called assembly elections, the APHC leader said, “Casting vote in the coming elections will be voting killers to power. A killer is not only who kills but the one who masters the killing as well,” adding, “We will continue our struggle till the right to self determination is achieved.”
