Chandigarh, July 31 (KMS): European Union is keenly watching the developments in Jammu and Kashmir, as it is desirous to help finding a peaceful solution to Kashmir problem.

Addressing a seminar here, European Union (EU) ambassador to India, Daniel Samza said that the European Union was ready to provide all kind of assistance for an amicable solution of the issue but it did not want to interfere at this critical juncture. She said that EU, at present, would remain neutral and help resolving the issue.

Daniel said that EU delegation visited Jammu and Kashmir and interacted with a cross section of people including government officials. She said after October this year also EU delegation would visit the valley and extend solidarity with the people.
