Srinagar, March 23 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders and organizations have strongly denounced the puppet administration for imposing curbs on the resistance leaders to prevent them from attending the Pakistan Day function in New Delhi terming the action as frustration of the authorities.

Pakistani High Commissioner in New Delhi, Abdul Basit, had invited the Hurriyet leaders to attend the 23rd March function at the High Commission. However, the occupation authorities put the All Parties Hurriyet Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, and other Hurriyet leaders including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, Zafar Akbar Butt, Mukhtar Ahmed Waza, Ayaz Akbar, Altaf Ahmad Shah, Raja Merajuddin Kalwal, Umar Aadil Dar and Shahid-ul-Islam either under house arrest or in custody to stop them from visiting New Delhi. »

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement has demanded immediate release of illegal detained Kashmiris languishing in different jails.

The JKMM in a statement issued in Srinagar said that a delegation led by party Chairperson, Farida Behanji, visited Bandipora and met the relatives of the detained Kashmiri youth and activists. The delegation expressed solidarity with the families of the prisoners. »
