Ban on airing Pak channels in IHK continues

Srinagar, May 07 (KMS): All Pakistani channels still remain off the air in occupied Kashmir as the puppet authorities and cable operators have failed to make any breakthrough.

The sources said that talks between the puppet authorities and cable operators failed to make any breakthrough so far. The cable operators in the occupied territory suspended their operation for 48 hours on April 27 in retaliation against the ban.

The puppet authorities had banned the airing of the channels in the valley on the orders of Indian government on April 23. This was for the first time the cable operators in the valley were directed to stop airing Pakistani channels.
