Srinagar, May 20 (KMS): Indian Army is moving additional 5,000 troops to occupied Kashmir.
The additional deployment is being made in Tanghdar, Keran, Machil sectors of Kupwara district and Gurez sector of Bandipura district. In addition more units of Rashtriya Rifles are also expected to move close to the Line of Control to increase the number to nearly 30,000. Indian Border Security Force has also deployed additional 1000 troops in the Samba sector.
It is worth to mention that the deployment is taking place despite India’s claims that normalcy has returned in the occupied territory.
