Rajnath’s threatening remarks strongly denounced

Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the puppet authorities sealed Badgam, today, by deploying Indian troops and police personnel in strength to prevent people from converging in the town and paying tributes to the civilians recently martyred by Indian forces.

Eight civilians were killed in Badgam and Ganderbal districts in the indiscriminate firing of Indian police and troops on demonstrations against the polling for the so-called Indian Parliamentary elections on 9th April. The joint resistance leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik had called for a march towards Badgam, today, to pay tributes to the martyrs. »

Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that the unprecedented boycott of Indian Parliamentary by-election in Srinagar constituency had unnerved New Delhi.

Strongly reacting to the threat statement of Indian Home Minister, Rajnath Singh, in which he warned Kashmiri youth of consequences, Syed Ali Gilani said, “They (Indian rulers) are losing balance and it depicts their frustration. It is ridiculous. Instead of stating any logic they are issuing threats and adding fuel to fire.” »

Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, illegally detained Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik has said that the exemplary poll boycott has frustrated India and its stooges in Kashmir.

Muhammad Yasin Malik in a statement issued in Srinagar termed the negligible voting in 38 polling stations of Badgam yesterday as an eye-opener for Indian rulers, their Kashmiri stooges, Indian biased media and the international community. He said that yesterday’s election had demonstrated the real aspirations and will of the people of Kashmir. »

The Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir delegation led by its President, Chaudhry Lateef Akbar, addressing on the occasion assured full support to the Hurriyet leaders against Indian state terrorism in occupied Kashmir. Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders, Yasmeen Raja, Javaid Ahmad Mir and Zafar Akbar Butt and the Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement have paid rich tributes to Budgam martyrs and said that their sacrifices will not be allowed to go waste.

The Chairperson of Muslims Khawateen Markaz, Yasmeen Raja, along with a party delegation visited Badgam and Pulwama areas and expressed solidarity with the families of the martyrs. Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian police arrested Hurriyet leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL), Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, in Islamabad district, today.

The police took Mukhtar Ahmed Waza into custody when he was on his way to Kathsoo area of the district to participate in a religious programme. at the time of arrest, he was accompanied by party activists Mohammad Ashraf Sofi, Fayaz Ahmad Butt, Nisar Ahmad Rather, Mohammad Rafiq Dar and Shabbir Ahmad Nanwai. »

Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has condemned the restrictions on the condolence programme called in memory of Budgam martyrs and termed it frustration of the puppet administration.

The DFP General Secretary, Maulana Abdullah Tari in a statement issued in Srinagar said that disallowing a purely religious programme was an extremely cowardly act on the part of authorities. »

Srinagar, April 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Hurriyet forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has lauded the commitment of people towards the freedom struggle, saying that the courage and resolve of the people had centre-staged the Kashmir dispute at the international level.

The Hurriyet forum spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar paid tributes to the youth martyred by Indian forces over the past few days. He said that a high-level delegation led by Ghulam Nabi Zaki went to Barsoo Ganderbal village to condole the death of Umar Farooq Ganai who fell to the bullets of occupational forces on peaceful protests during the recent sham elections. »
