Srinagar, March 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, while paying rich tributes to the martyred youth, Rayees Kachroo and Farooq Ahmad Hurra, has said that our youth lay their lives to end the age-old slavery putting a huge responsibility on our shoulders to honor these sacrifices and take the movement to its logical end.

Syed Ali Gilani, while telephonically addressing mourners in Pulwama, said, “I pay my heartfelt and sincere tribute to these martyrs and I would have attended their funerals but authorities don’t allow me to move and I am under house arrest since last seven years. They are even barring me from offering religious obligations.” »

Protests, shutdown in Pulwama, Shopian

Srinagar, March 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, as many as one hundred thousand people participated in the funeral prayers of two youth, Rayees Kachroo and Farooq Ahmad Hurra in Pulwama, today.

The youth were martyred by Indian forces during a siege and search operation in Padampora area of Pulwama, yesterday. The funeral of Rayees Kachroo and Farooq Ahmad Hurra were offered four times at their ancestral villages in Pulwama and Shopian to accommodate a sea of people who had turned up to see a last glimpse of the martyrs. The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani while addressing the mourners over telephone from Srinagar paid rich tributes to the martyred youth. He said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri youth would soon result in the dawn of freedom in Kashmir. »

Many people injured in clashes

Srinagar, March 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown was observed in Shopian and Pulwama districts in south Kashmir, today, to mourn the killings of two youth by Indian troops in Padampora area of Pulwama, yesterday.

Two youth identified as Rayees Ahmad and Farooq Ahmed Hurrah were killed by Indian forces while they were travelling in a vehicle near Padgampora, Awantipora on Sunday. »

254 extra CRPF companies to also join operations after polls

Srinagar, March 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian authorities have made massive arrangements including heavy deployment of army and paramilitary forces to forcibly bring people out of their houses on polling days for sham Indian parliamentary elections in Srinagar and Islamabad districts on 9th and 12th of April.

While strict measures have already been taken for the polling days, the authorities have decided to call more troops in poll-bound areas. »

Srinagar, March 26 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops during their state terrorism killed two Kashmiri youth at Awantipora in Pulwama district, today.

The youth were killed, today, afternoon near a police check-post at Padgampora in Awantipora.

Police claimed that the youth were mujahideen, who were travelling in a car and were killed in an encounter with the troops.

The two martyred youth were identified as Rayees Ahmad Wani of Bellow Pulwama and Farooq Ahmad Hurrah of Nazneenpora Shopian. »
