Srinagar, January 30 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leader and the Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement Chairman, Zafar Akbar Butt, today, along with party leaders visited Wanbal, Wathora and Chadoora areas of Badgam under mass contact programme.

Zafar Akbar Butt addressing gatherings condemned India’s cultural aggression in occupied Kashmir. He said that India was resorting to cultural aggression in the territory to keep the Kashmiri youth away from the ongoing freedom movement.“Non-educational activities were being conducted in educational institutions in the name of so-called cultural programmes. In these programmes students are being asked to indulge in such activities which had no relations with their religious and social traditions,” Zafar Akbar deplored.

He also paid glowing tributes to a Kupwara youth martyred by Indian troops in Darpora area of Lolab, today.

Meanwhile, the leaders and activists of JKSM women wing visited Pushwara, Islamabad, and paid rich tributes to martyr Mushtaq Ahmad Haroo. They expressed sympathy with the family and asked people to safeguard the mission and sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs.
