Local TV channel banned in Kashmir valley

Srinagar, September 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the authorities have banned a local TV channel for giving wide coverage to the mass agitation against India and continued gross human rights violations committed by Indian paramilitary forces in the occupied territory.

The ban, effective with immediate effect, has been issued by the district magistrate Srinagar and served to the 9 TV channel by the senior superintendent of police Srinagar. » Read more

Srinagar, September 10 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the APHC Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq led a big procession, today, from Jamia Masjid in Srinagar, which passed through several localities of the city. People raised high pitched anti-India and pro-liberation slogans on the occasion. Earlier, addressing a big gathering in Jamia Masjid, the APHC Chairman maintained that the law of Jungle was prevailing in the occupied territory and the occupation troops were randomly killing Kashmiri youth to frighten people to submission. 50 injured in police shooting in IHK

Dozens of anti-India protesters injured in IHK

Srinagar, September 8 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, after the killing of four civilians including three students by Indian paramilitary and police personnel at Palhallan in Pattan, the people across the valley took to streets and held anti-India protest demonstrations. Dozens of people were injured in police actions at different places of the valley.

Several civilians including two young boys Omar Ahmad and a teenager Abid Bazaz were critically injured when police and paramilitary CRPF troopers fired teargas shells to disperse protesters at Fateh Kadal and Habba Kadal in Srinagar. » Read more
