The Bar Association in a report released in Srinagar said that the Hurriyet prisoners were not being produced before courts while being subjected to mental and physical torture. The report said that India should respect the human rights of the prisoners. » Read more

‘Kashmiri prisoners kept in inhuman conditions in Tihar Jail’

Srinagar, February 14 (KMS): The High Court Bar Association of occupied Kashmir has said that the Kashmiri detainees are being kept in inhuman conditions in New Delhi’s Tihar jail.

The Bar Association in its recent report about the condition of Kashmiri detainees lodged in Tihar jail said that the inmates were not being given proper food and medical treatment. The report said that there were 58 Kashmiris detained in the jail but the delegation was allowed to meet only 18 detainees. » Read more

Protest against Indian state terrorism in IHK

Srinagar, February 14 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, forceful demonstration, marked by complete strike, was staged against the Indian state terrorism and desecration of a local mosque by Indian troops in Pattan. The residents of Palhalan took to streets and staged anti-India demonstration.
