Indian officer reveals truth about Dr Guru's assassination

Srinagar, July 23 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an officer of 1968 batch of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and presently Chief Information Commissioner, Wajahat Habibullah has made a chilling disclosure that the assassination of Dr Abdul Ahad Guru, a senior cardiologist of Kashmir in 1993 was orchestrated by Jammu and Kashmir Police.
