Indian government muzzling voice of Kashmiris

Srinagar, June 04 (KMS): Senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, denouncing the act of putting him under house arrest, emphasised that the motive of his arrest was to prevent him from conveying truth about the desecration of religious places and human rights violations by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir.

OIC invites Mirwaiz to attend Foreign Ministers’ meeting

Srinagar, June 04 (KMS): The Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), Dr Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has invited the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq to attend the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Islamic countries being held in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, from June 18 to June 20.

Shawl condemns Gilani’s house arrest

London, June 04 (KMS): The Executive Director of Kashmir Centre London, Professor Nazir Ahmed Shawl has strongly condemned the Indian government for putting senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani, under house arrest to prevent him from attending the All India Convention of Minorities in Amritsar. 

Occupation forces continue to victimize Kashmiri children
