Indian government responsible for Pandits’ exodus

Srinagar, April 20 (KMS): Senior Kashmiri Hurriyet leader, Syed Ali Gilani and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik have emphasised that the periodical elections in occupied Kashmir for the so-called Legislative Assembly and Indian parliament will never provide any solution to the Kashmir dispute.

L.K Advani barred probe into Chattisinghpora massacre

Jammu, March 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Vice President of Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar), Jaspal Singh has revealed that the independent investigation into the Massacre of Sikhs, which took place on March 20, 2000 in the Chittisinghpora village of Islamabad district, was barred by the then Indian Interior Minister and senior Bharatiya Janta Party leader, Lal Krishan Advani.

Jaspal Singh made the revelation in a media interview in Jammu. He said that the then puppet Chief Minister of occupied Kashmir, Doctor Farooq Abdullah wanted to investigate the matter by justice Pandian but L.K Advani directed him not to do so.

India responsible for non-resolution of Kashmir: Bazaz

New Delhi, April 20 (KMS): The Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Forum, Pandit Bhushan Bazaz has held Indian responsible for the killing of one lakh innocent Kashmiris during the last sixty years and the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the occupied Kashmir.

Indian troops indicted in murder of a Kashmiri youth

Srinagar, April 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the so-called State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) has indicted the troops of Indian Army’s Rashtriya Rifles, in the murder of Majid Jehangir Khan, a resident of Pulwama, directing the puppet administration to initiate criminal proceedings against the perpetrators.
